23 March Pakistan Day Essay: 23 March Pakistan day is a national day for Pakistan. This day has been observed as a national day all over Pakistan. It is also known by the name of Pakistan Resolution Day or the Republic Day of Pakistan. As we all know that on 23rd March 1940 a grand resolution in the formation of a separate homeland for Muslims of the subcontinent was came into view. On this day, the very first constitution of Pakistan was been adopted and Pakistan nation was transferred and transformed into the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It was an annual session of Muslim League at Minto Park Lahore which is now known as Greater Iqbal Park located in the outskirts of the Walled City in Lahore. Besides the Quaid e Azam, there were various legends including Sir Aga Khan 3, Liaquat Ali Khan, Fatima Jinnah, and many forefathers of Pakistan where stood there along with their leader. These were really the legends who set up the foundation in the minds of Muslims to get a separate and independent country.

The basis and primary purpose behind this day was that there was a dire and extreme need to make Pakistan free from British Raj, adopt the first constitution of Pakistan and to declare this country as a Republic country. For the information of the readers, Ayub Khan made an objection note with regard to this resolution and put forward his objections but All-India Muslim League continued their efforts and carried on their annual conference from 22 March till 24th March 1940 and passed the resolution on 23 March 1940. Since then to now there are lots of celebrations have held while from 2017 to onwards the government of Pakistan and all the forces have set special parades and celebrations to make young generation aware about their history and the background of Pakistan.
Since that day to now, every year we use to celebrate this day with great celebrations even we are at our home or out of the country. Every Pakistani knows the importance of this day because it was the day when Muslims realize the importance of independence. On 23rd March 1956, Pakistan became the first Islamic Republic state. It has been noticed and observed with great attention that this 23 March Pakistan day is a common celebration in the entire country. This republic day is been paraded by armed forces. It has also been viewed that on this particular day military and civilian parade gets carried on in our capital city named by Islamabad. Full and thorough parades gave a feeling of free and independent Islamic Republic State.
These celebrations with regard to this resolution day are always held early in the morning and President of Pakistan is mainly responsible to carry on these proceedings on this Pakistan day. Right after the parade, national awards and medals are been awarded by the President of Pakistan and at the mausoleums of Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah, wreaths are also been lay. We can say that this 23 March Pakistan day is of extreme importance and significance.
It is our major duty and responsibility to make this day more special because our ancestors have put down so much efforts and attempts to make Pakistan a free and separate Islamic Republic State. It is the need of the hour that we should start acting and abiding the principles as said by our ancestors so that Pakistan may come out to be a more successful and prosperous state.
